My Yoga Inner West will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.
Purchases are final and My Yoga Yoga Inner West does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
Passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
ALL passes that have been purchased at the studio or online have been sold and advertised with a non return policy, non suspension or extension policy and those specific terms and conditions, no exceptions, no transfers for any situation due to illness, injury, change of address, change of mind, non suitability or any other reason.
My Yoga Yoga Inner West is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or if you are unable to attend a class because it is full.
We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings while they are at the studio. Lost property must be collected within 2 weeks, and if left at our studio will be donated to charity.
If you are unable to attend a booked class you must cancel online through the glofox app or notify us via text message to 0416 186 214 with a minimum of 2 hours before the class commences.
Failure to cancel or if you are a “no-show”, will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class in full.
If you have a class pass, and you fail to attend or cancel, one class will be deducted from your account. If you are on a unlimited membership, pre-pay or weekly, and fail to attend or cancel within 2 hours before a class, it will result in a fee of $15 per class. If you do not have a card on file it will be noted on file so you can pay at the desk.
Each no show or late cancel incurs one strike, 3 strikes within a 2 week period will incur a memberhip suspension. Non payment of fees also a membership suspension.
